Casual: Records Administrator in Academic Registry

Casual Administrator Advert

We are looking for a Casual Administrator to join our Academic Registry team. This is an on campus role and you will be responsible for assisting with a wide variety of tasks across the Academic Registry team. Hours are flexible and to be agreed.

The main tasks and responsibilities for this role include

Supporting responses to Credit recognition applications and Academic transcript requests
Assist with the packaging of examination and related documents
Couriering out of qualifications
General administration tasks including filing, correspondence
Recording of notes into our student management system
Assistance across the wider Academic Registry team
