Tutor Doctor Central Winnipeg is seeking a motivated and people-focused Education Consultant / Community Outreach & Marketing professional to support local families while helping grow our presence in the Winnipeg community.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with parents and students, building community relationships, and contributing to the growth of a locally owned education business.

About the Role

As an Education Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for families seeking tutoring support. You will conduct consultations, recommend customized tutoring solutions, and support enrollments.

You will also assist the Franchise Owner with community outreach and local marketing initiatives, helping to build brand awareness and generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

Education Consultant Responsibilities

Conduct education consultations with families (in person, phone, or virtual)
Assess student needs and recommend personalized tutoring programs
Support enrollment and onboarding of new clients
Maintain accurate records of consultations and enrollments
Follow up with families after consultations and support referral efforts
Communicate with internal teams to support successful tutor matching
Community Outreach & Marketing Support

advertising by installing lawn signs
Support local marketing and lead-generation initiatives
Participate in community events, school events, and networking opportunities
Assist with building relationships with schools, local organizations, and community partners
Help maintain a community outreach and marketing calendar
Assist with basic tracking of marketing and consultation activity
What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working with parents, students, and community partners
ability to drive and having knowledge of Winnipeg city
Experience in education, sales, customer service, or marketing is an asset
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools (training provided)
Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment

Location: Winnipeg (Hybrid – some in-person work required)
Employment Type: Part-time
Hours: Minimum 20 hours per week
Wage: $18/hour
Reports To: Franchise Owner
