Private Math Tutor - French and English

We are currently seeking a compassionate and an experienced Math tutor who is fluent in French and English with clear pronunciation. Preference will be given to candidates who have completed their education in Winnipeg and possess a strong understanding of the local curriculum.

Duties

Ability to provide in person private tutoring to students, addressing their academic and emotional needs.
Create personalized lesson plans and learning strategies tailored to each student's unique needs and learning style
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create individualized support plans for students.
Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and progress reports while ensuring confidentiality.
Assist students with homework, assignments, and test preparation.
Facilitate/participate in workshops and seminars aimed at enhancing student well-being and resilience.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach to student support.
Experience

Prior experience teaching children
Proficiency in the K-12 segment (Grades 1-12) in Math's.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to commute within Winnipeg.
