JUNIOR SCHOOL TEACHER – FULL-TIME STARTING SEPTEMBER 2026

Previous elementary school experience an asset
Knowledge of IB and certification in PYP coursework an asset
Direct experience with TEAMS/SeeSaw is an asset
Well versed in early years elementary assessment and pedagogy best practices
Knowledge of how to deliver an inquiry based interdisciplinary approach to teaching and learning
Effective communication skills oral and written
Willingness to be a part of a collaborative educational team
Work in an environment that values diversity and engages students from diverse cultures and backgrounds
Commitment to collaboration and job embedded coaching
Believe that all students can achieve and knowledge of differentiation strategies for learning
Educational Requirements 

Hold a valid Manitoba Teachers Certificate  
Have a minimum of a Bachelor’s in Education degree 
Successful applicants must provide satisfactory criminal record and child abuse registry background checks.
