About the Role

We are currently seeking collaborative and dedicated teachers to join our growing team at the Mambourin Campus in 2026 in the below areas:

Primary Years Teachers – teaching across Prep to Year 3
Primary Arts Teacher (Part-time)
As a Classroom Teacher, you will report directly to the principal and be primarily responsible for:

Supporting the well-being and holistic development of each student in your care.
Delivering the Australian Curriculum through the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework (PYP for primary) using contemporary, evidence-based teaching practices.
As a Primary Arts Teacher, you will be primarily responsible for:

Supporting the creativity, confidence, and holistic development of each student through engagement in the visual and/or performing arts.
Collaborating with classroom teachers and other specialists to integrate the Arts meaningfully across the curriculum.
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages exploration, self-expression, and artistic growth.
Selection Criteria

VIT - Teacher’s registration to teach in Victoria
Qualifications supporting, and experience in, teaching the relevant subjects
Commitment to the Christian Ethos of the College
Have excellent relationship and communication skills
Special requirements

All selected applicants will have to go through background checks, including reference checks and relevant regulatory checks.
