Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time,Contract. This position runs from mid-April until the end of

August 2026.


There are three shifts available for this position:

Sunday-Thursday: 8am EST to 4pm EST
Sunday-Thursday: 5am EST to 1pm EST
Friday, Sunday, Monday: 8am EST to 4pm EST

Position Overview


Insight Pest Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to

join our team on a full-time contract basis. This remote role will run from April through

September, with the possibility of extension based on business needs. The ideal candidate

will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across multiple

systems while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.


This position requires strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote

environment.


Key Responsibilities


Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems
Review data for errors or discrepancies and resolve inconsistencies
Verify and cross-reference information with source documents
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Generate reports as requested
Assist with document organization and digital record management
Communicate with internal departments to clarify or obtain missing information
Meet daily and weekly productivity targets

Qualifications


Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software
programs.

Proven experience in data entry or administrative support preferred
Experience with CRM or database systems is an asset
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
