Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Experience in industrial cleaning, hospitality, or custodial services is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces in accordance with established standards.
Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows and mirrors; and sanitize bathrooms.
Change bed linens and towels, ensuring that all items are fresh and clean.
Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens as needed.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations.
Experience

Previous experience in industrial cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial services is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player.
Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
