School Bus Aide/Bus Driver - Education Support

To deliver a timely, safe, and courteous service to students and parents who use school bus services. This position is Service Orientated and must represent the company in a positive manner throughout the services it provides. Assist in the transfer of ambulant and wheelchair bound students on and off the school bus, Supervise student behaviour on the school bus to ensure safe and secure travel, Secure wheelchair and student restraints in the appropriate manner.

Key Requirements:

- Appropriate class of driver's license.

- Passenger Transport Driver's (PTD) authorisation;

- Working with Children Check; and

- First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 and HTLAID009)

- Training in pastoral or special needs care – Desirable.

- Working with people with Special Needs, or correct empathy for such – Desirable.
