Key Responsibilities-

Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand presence and drive engagement across all social media platforms.

Content Creation: Oversee the development and delivery of high-quality, engaging content, including text posts, videos, graphics, and live streams, tailored to each platform.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and brand strategy.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies.

Community Management: Foster and engage with online communities, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, PR, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive and integrated communication efforts.

Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand remains relevant and innovative.

Platform Management-

Google: AdSense, Ad Manager, GMB, Google 360 View, Analytics, YouTube.

Meta Platforms: Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp.

Others: Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, Wikipedia.

Messengers: Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat.

Listings/Reviews: IndiaMART, Justdial, Clutch, Glassdoor, etc.

E-commerce: Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, Meesho, etc.
