Telecaller is responsible for initiating or receiving phone calls to promote products/services, generate leads, and address customer inquiries. Key duties include delivering prepared scripts, maintaining CRM databases, overcoming objections, and meeting daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets. Excellent communication and persuasion skills are required.Core Responsibilities Outbound Calling: Proactively contact prospects to introduce services, sell products, or schedule appointments. Inbound Support: Answer incoming calls to resolve customer queries, complaints, or provide information. Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify potential customers and qualify them to pass on to the sales team. Database Management: Accurately log interaction details, update contact information, and manage records in a CRM system.
