Job Title: Telecaller Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, explaining our products or services, and generating leads or sales over the phone. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally. Explain company products and services clearly. Generate leads and convert them into sales. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information. Follow up with customers regularly. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent service. Required Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to convince and handle objections. Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Qualification: Minimum 10th / 12th / Any Degree. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Experience: 0–2 years (Experience in telecalling or sales is an advantage)

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,283.39 - ₹20,000.00 per month
