The Role: Housekeeping Room Attendant

We are looking for dedicated and meticulous Housekeeping Room Attendants to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our guest rooms and suites. If you have a keen eye for detail and take pride in delivering immaculate service, we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and service assigned guest rooms and public areas according to the resort's strict standards. This includes making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, cleaning and sanitising bathrooms, and replenishing amenities.

Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to resort policy.

Check and report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or broken items to the supervisor immediately.

Maintain the cleanliness of linen and supply closets and carts.

Handle guest requests and complaints courteously and efficiently.

Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting, is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively to meet daily deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.

Excellent physical condition and stamina; ability to lift, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods.

Must be able to communicate effectively in English or Hindi.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
