Defence Hospitality & Events is a fast-growing hospitality and event management company specializing in boutique hotel operations, corporate events, weddings, and social functions. We are looking for passionate and energetic interns who want real-time exposure to hotel operations and event execution.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing corporate events, weddings, and social functions
Coordinate with vendors, decorators, caterers, and entertainment teams
Support banquet operations and guest handling
Assist sales team in corporate bookings and event inquiries
Maintain event documentation, client databases, and reports
On-site event coordination and supervision
Guest relationship management during events
Social media coordination for event promotions (optional advantage)
Skills Required

Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
Presentable and professional attitude
Good coordination and multitasking ability
Basic knowledge of hospitality or event management
MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work on weekends/events
