Job Description
AUM Global Migration and Education is seeking an experienced Registered Migration Agent (RMA) or Experienced Migration Assistant with strong expertise across Australian visa subclasses to join our growing team in Sydney and Melbourne.
If you are passionate about delivering strategic migration advice and supporting corporate and individual clients with their recruitment and immigration needs, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career within a dynamic and supportive organisation.
You will play a key role in providing end-to-end migration advice, managing complex applications, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic immigration advice to new and existing corporate and individual clients
Assess client eligibility and recommend the most suitable visa pathways
Prepare, lodge, and manage visa applications from start to decision, including:
Employer Sponsored Visas: Subclass 482, 494, 186
Training Visa (Subclass 407)
ART matters
Skills Assessments
General Skilled Migration
Manage visa-related matters including reviews, refusals, cancellations, and compliance
Liaise with government departments and stakeholders to monitor application progress
Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the visa process
Stay up to date with changes in immigration legislation, policy, and procedures
Work collaboratively within the team to deliver exceptional client outcomes
What We’re Looking For
Registered Migration Agent (with current MARA registration) or an Experienced Migration Assistant to assist our RMA’s
2–4 years’ experience in the Australian migration industry (desirable)
Proven experience managing a wide range of visa subclasses
Strong knowledge of Australian immigration law and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and client service skills
High attention to detail with a meticulous and organised approach
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
