Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai (Work From Office)

What You’ll Be Doing

Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed & other portals
Screen resumes & shortlist relevant profiles
Conduct HR screening interviews
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
Maintain recruitment trackers (Excel / Google Sheets)
Follow up with candidates for documentation & joining
Assist in onboarding formalities
Support basic HR operations & attendance tracking
Eligibility Criteria

Graduate or pursuing Graduation (HR / BMS / B.Com / MBA HR preferred)
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Serious interest in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Immediate joiners preferred
Must be comfortable working from office (Lower Parel, Mumbai)
