Job Description
Love being the go-to person that keeps things running smoothly? This is your chance to play a key role in shaping the experience of our students and families.
As a Campus Operations Rep, you’re not just “behind the desk.” You’re the friendly face that greets students, supports parents, and keeps the campus humming along. Every shift, you’ll help create a welcoming, supportive, and inspiring space where students can thrive.
About Us
At Art of Smart Education, we’ve been helping students in Years K–12 succeed for 15+ years. Through tutoring, mentoring, and workshops, we’ve supported thousands of families across Australia to answer the big question:
“What am I going to do with my life when I finish school and how do I get there?”
We’re on a mission to help 1 million students, and you’ll be a big part of making that happen.
What You’ll Be Doing
Be the friendly first point of contact for parents, students, and tutors
Keep the campus buzzing by handling enquiries, scheduling classes, and coordinating daily activities
Run key operations: feedback calls, printing class materials, data entry, and making sure the space looks amazing
Help tutors and families feel supported so every class runs smoothly
Open or close the HORNSBY OR NORWEST campus to keep everything running on time
What’s In It for You
A hands-on, people-focused role where no two days are the same
Regular part-time hours so you can balance work, study, or other commitments
Ongoing training and professional development to help you grow
Career progression opportunities in a fast-growing education company
Work in a vibrant campus environment (HORNSBY or NORWEST) close to public transport
Be part of a supportive, ambitious team who genuinely care about what they do
The Details
Hours: 10–15 per week
Pay: $25 – $29 per hour depending on experience
Possible Shifts:
Monday to Thursday, 2:30 pm – 7:30 pm
Friday, 2.30 - 6.30 pm
Saturday, 8:45 am – 5:00 pm
What It Takes
At least a years’ experience in customer service or admin
Super organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks
A people-person who enjoys helping others and solving problems
Confident with tech and quick to learn new systems
Someone who genuinely connects with our mission to support students and families
If you’re ready to be the heartbeat of our campus and make a real impact, we’d love to meet you.
