Qualification Required: DMLT / BMLT
Registration Requirement: Mandatory registration with UP State Medical Faculty
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply
Salary (CTC): ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

Job Description:

Ecure Healthcare Mall, Shivpur, Varanasi is looking for a dedicated and skilled Lab Technician to join our diagnostic team. The candidate will be responsible for laboratory sample collection (including home visits), performing diagnostic tests, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect blood, urine, and other biological samples from patients at the lab and during home visits, following standard procedures
Perform routine laboratory investigations and tests accurately and efficiently
Ensure correct labeling, documentation, and timely reporting of test results
Operate, maintain, and assist in calibration of laboratory equipment
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sterilization of lab instruments and work areas
Follow NABL and standard laboratory safety and quality protocols
Assist doctors and senior lab staff as required
Manage sample storage, transportation (including home collection samples), and disposal as per guidelines
Maintain professional conduct and ensure patient comfort during home sample collection
Skills & Requirements:

DMLT / BMLT qualification (mandatory)
Valid registration with UP State Medical Faculty (mandatory)
Knowledge of basic pathology and diagnostic procedures
Ability to perform venipuncture and handle samples efficiently
Willingness to travel locally for home visit sample collection
High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
Good communication, teamwork, and patient-handling skills
Willingness to work flexible hours if required

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
