Senior Academic Counselor

We are hiring a Senior Academic Counselor responsible for UPSC course counselling and sales execution. The candidate must be confident in counselling students, guiding aspirants, handling objections, and closing sales effectively. This is a target-oriented role focused on counselling and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide detailed counselling to UPSC aspirants regarding courses and preparation strategy
• Conduct academic counselling sessions via calls, walk-ins, and online meetings
• Understand student requirements and perform effective counselling-based sales
• Execute complete sales process from counselling to enrollment
• Follow up regularly for counselling conversion and sales closure
• Maintain student data and track counselling performance metrics
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through counselling
• Handle objections during counselling and convert leads into admissions
• Coordinate with academic team after successful counselling and enrollment

Required Skills:
• Strong counselling and sales communication skills
• Experience in education sales / UPSC course sales preferred
• Ability to execute high-volume counselling calls
• Target-driven mindset with proven sales performance
• Good persuasion and negotiation skills
• CRM handling knowledge preferred

Qualification:
• Graduate (Any Stream)
• If UPSC Aspirants with UPSC Preparation Experience its preferred
• 2+ years experience in counselling / education sales

Compensation Structure:
• Fixed Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹35,000 per month
