Learning Support Assistant – Junior School

Oxley Christian College is seeking compassionate and proactive Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our Junior School team on a part-time basis, with an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting students with diverse learning needs across Junior School (Prep – Year 6).
Collaborating with teachers to implement inclusive education strategies.
Fostering a positive and respectful learning environment.
Desirable

Experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of inclusive education practices.
This role is 0.778 FTE (29.58hrs per week).

Work days are Monday to Friday between 8.30am – 3.30pm, during school terms.
