Odyssey is an ‘earn and learn’ alternative educational pathway and we’re looking for the brightest minds to join our 12-week Proof of Concept (PoC). This isn’t just a course; it’s a high impact, fully paid immersion into the future of work, designed in partnership with OES.

The Commitment

We move fast, and we expect you to keep pace.
38 hours per week
3 days onsite at our Cremorne hub (9 am – 5 pm) for deep collaboration.
2 days online study for flexible, intensive skill-building.
Timeline: March – June 2026

Expression of Interest deadline: Tuesday 24 February.

Location: Cremorne, VIC + Online.

Eligibility & Requirements:

Right to work in Australia for the duration of the program (required for paid placement).
English proficiency suitable for workplace communication and online study.
No further education or ATAR required
ID verification required

Selection Process:

Step 1: Screening your EOI and evaluate suitability.
Step 2: Invitation to attend an information session onsite in Cremorne.
Step 3: 72-hour application turnaround after session, followed by an interview to understand your goals and fit.
Step 4: Offers made.
