Job Description
Back Office Executive
Handle day-to-day back office operations including data entry and record maintenance.
Track leads, maintain sales funnel, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Make outbound calls / follow-up calls to existing and potential customers.
Manage and update CRM software, customer databases, and sales reports.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up emails for clients.
Coordinate with the sales team to support lead management and deal closures.
Provide Online CRM Demo on Google Meet and Teams of software products, CRM solutions, and websites.
Respond to customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and phone professionally.
Generate MIS reports, daily work reports, and sales performance reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
