What You’ll Do

Recruit new and experienced real estate agents
Conduct outreach, follow-ups, and recruiting conversations
Build and manage a recruiting pipeline
Support onboarding and early agent success
Track recruiting activity and provide updates to leadership
Compensation

This is a performance-based, independent contractor role with per-placement bonuses and activity-based incentives. Compensation is designed to reward consistency, quality hires, and follow-through.
