Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process
Conduct property showings, open houses, and market research to identify suitable listings for clients
Negotiate offers and contracts to secure favorable terms for clients
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings across various channels, including social media and online platforms
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, property details, and transaction progress using organizational tools
Build and nurture relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business
Stay informed about local market trends, property values, and legal regulations affecting real estate transactions
Manage administrative tasks such as preparing documents, coordinating appointments, and ensuring compliance with licensing requirements
Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations
Qualifications

Proven experience or background in real estate, property management, marketing, or related fields is preferred but not necessary
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients
Organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client interactions efficiently
Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a broader client base

Valid real estate license or in process of obtaining one
