Disability Support Worker - Gosnells - 2 to 6 hr shifts (up to 4 shifts a week)

Engaging and dynamic quadraplegic gentleman who requires dedicated support workers to join their team in Gosnells.

2-4 shifts a week - plus occasional leave cover shifts:

Morning Personal Care Shifts (including bowels with suppositories - training provided)

Monday 7.30am - 10.30am
Tuesday 8.00am - 2.00pm
Wednesday 8.00am - 2.00pm
Thursday 8.00am - 2.00pm
Friday 8.00am - 2.00pm
Put To Bed Shifts

Monday 8.00pm - 10.00pm
Wednesday 8.00pm - 10.00pm
Lunch Shift

Sunday 1.00pm - 3.00pm
Responsibilities and Duties:

Personal hygiene, grooming and presentation; bathing and brushing teeth
Bladder & Bowel Care - Suppositories (training provided)
Catherter Care (training provided)
Community outings - appointments, shopping etc (car and valid drivers licence required)
Hoisting or slide board to assist in transferring to and from bed to commode, wheelchair.
Relevant qualifications, First Aid, NDIS Screen Check
Must love hanging out with a big dog!
