What We’re Looking For:

Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent
Recent experience in the industry
Reliable and adaptable availability
Valid Police Check
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Full working rights in Australia
Compassionate, patient-focused approach
Driver’s license and own vehicle (preferred but not essential)
