Employment Type: Full-Time (Preferred) / Part-Time Salary Range: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month (2 hours per day) (Based on experience, subject expertise & demo performance)

Role Overview: The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality classroom instruction, maintaining academic standards, mentoring students, and contributing to measurable academic improvement. This is not just a teaching role — it is an opportunity to build academic impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver structured and engaging lessons for Classes 6–10 (CBSE pattern).
Develop annual academic planners, lesson plans, and revision schedules.
Conduct weekly tests, monthly assessments, and performance tracking.
Prepare board-focused practice material, case-study questions, and HOTS.
Provide remedial classes for weak students and enrichment for advanced learners.
Maintain discipline and professional classroom environment.
Participate in parent meetings and academic strategy discussions.
Ensure improvement in student results and batch performance.
Eligibility & Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in relevant subject. B.Ed. preferred. Minimum 1–5 years teaching experience (CBSE exposure preferred).
Strong subject command and board exam expertise.
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
Confident classroom management ability.
