Bilingual Sales Associate

**Job Summary**

1-800 Radiator & A/C, a Driven Brands company, is seeking a qualified Customer Service Representative for our Calgary location.

**Ideal Candidate:**

The ideal candidate should have experience in the automotive industry, be professional and results-oriented, and be able to work with minimal supervision.

Key qualifications include:

Knowledge and experience in the automotive field (strong asset)
Excellent communication skills in English and French (bilingualism required)
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel
A friendly and enthusiastic personality
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good data entry skills
Ability to work independently and be results-oriented
**Primary Responsibilities:**

- Answer inbound calls from customers requesting price, availability, and delivery information
- Make a minimum of 10 outbound calls daily to follow up on sales quotes and communicate new product launches
Execute upselling strategies to increase the average transaction price
Maximize inbound sales opportunities by maintaining a strong conversion ratio
Communicate important customer relationship issues with the Sales Manager, including customer escalations
Process payments for credit card transactions - Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
**Experience and Skills:**

1+ years of experience in automotive parts or truck sales
Customer-service oriented
Must have counter sales experience in the automotive or truck industry
Must be bilingual in both French and English

Pay: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
