Motorcycle Parts Counter Sales

Ottawa Goodtime Centre is seeking a highly motivated, career-oriented, Parts Desk Associate.

Built from the ground up by riders, for riders, we are a welcoming family of diverse motorsport enthusiasts that pride ourselves on providing a leading level of customer service.

Responsibilities include:

Finding & selling customers suitable motorcycle parts for their specific needs, both from in-store stock and from distributors.
Answering phone calls regarding parts inquiries and estimates
Working with mechanics to source necessary parts for service dept. repairs
Facilitate buying experience and advising maintenance products such as oils cleaners, tires, etc.
Successful Applicants must possess:

Technical knowledge of how motorcycles work and enthusiasm for all things motorcycle-related.
Ability to problem solve and retain information
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to read microfiches and online mechanical diagrams
Patience and ability to stay organized in fast paced working environment
Positive attitude and people skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
