Job Description

Full time and Part time pharmacy assistants required at Knoxfield Pharmacy.

Our Pharmacy Assistants are often the first port of call when customers come into our store. You will be responsible for sales, top level customer service and giving advice on over the counter medicines where appropriate.

Pharmacy assistant experience is preferred but training can be provided. .

We're looking for someone with good product knowledge and strong communication skills and an ability to execute exceptional customer service on a consistent basis.

Responsibilities/Skills:

Provide outstanding customer service
Processing sales at the register
Answer customer queries
Unpack deliveries and stock shelves
Maintaining the front of shop
Assisting with the pharmacist in providing OTC medicines and prescriptions
Job Type: Part-time

Experience:

Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
