3 Waters Project Manager (BOP)

We have a fantastic opportunity for a (Senior) Project Manager to join our Civil team based in the Bay of Plenty working on a variety of Three Waters projects.

You will be a hands-on self-delivery experienced and motivated PM, providing senior leadership across pipelines and pumpstation projects.

You will take ownership of project outcomes, ensuring that they are delivered safely and successfully, with a focus on service and quality. We want you to come in and hit the ground running!

You will be responsible for:

Delivering quality civils projects (value ~$10m) within time and budget parameters, and to the client's satisfaction
Providing specialised technical advice as appropriate

Manage and motivate effective project teams and sub-contractors
Champion health and safety
Work alongside managers and stakeholders

Skills and experience that will ensure your success:

Civil Engineering degree, equivalent qualification, or through years of experience

Proven experience in managing water, pump stations and treatment plants, and deep trenching.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly with others
Financial acumen so you can deliver projects within budget
Experience managing a diverse team and range projects
