Direct Marketing

Are you looking for an opportunity where your effort directly impacts what you earn? We are expanding our Slough team and are seeking enthusiastic individuals in and around Watford to join us as Direct Marketing & Sales Assistants.

In this role you will be involved in face-to-face direct marketing and B2C customer acquisition campaigns, representing established brands and engaging directly with customers.

Please note: while this role is advertised in your local area, day-to-day activities take place in Slough, and candidates must be able to travel there.

What the Role Involves
• Speaking with customers face-to-face through residential marketing campaigns
• Promoting client products and services
• Building brand awareness and customer relationships
• Working within a team environment to achieve performance goals
• Participating in daily meetings, coaching, and development sessions

What We're Looking For
• Motivated individuals with a positive mindset
• Strong communication skills or willingness to learn
• Availability 4+ days per week (Mon–Sat)
• Must be 18+
• Full UK work permit required (no Tier 4 / Tier 2 visas)
