Job Description
Senior Account Executive – Marketing and New Business
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Senior Account Executive to join our Marketing and New Business team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives behind the scenes, enjoys juggling multiple workstreams and wants exposure to both agency marketing and new business activity.
You’ll play a key role in supporting pitch processes, managing marketing content and platforms, and helping the agency put its best foot forward, both internally and externally.
The role
New Business
You’ll support the smooth running of our new business and organic growth activity, including:
• Coordinating and diarising pitch process meetings for both net new and organic opportunities
• Supporting new business logistics and pitch theatre
• Tracking and maintaining up-to-date case study materials from teams
• Managing team headshots and bios
• Setting up Microsoft Teams channels for RFIs/RFPs, saving briefs, and ensuring the correct team members are added
• Supporting prospecting by helping generate Lusha lists
• Using HubSpot to add and manage contacts within the CRM
• Updating new business resources and RFI materials, and supporting the wider team with these assets
Marketing
You’ll also support the agency’s marketing and culture activity, including:
• Overseeing updates and enhancements to the agency website and broker platforms
• Researching and helping organise business development events, away days, Christmas parties, team-building and social events
• Managing key dates for awards submissions and ceremonies, working closely with the marketing team
• Supporting content planning for the agency’s owned channels
• Maintaining marketing folders by uploading social assets, award shortlist/winner badges and culture content (posting handled by the social team)
About You
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple deadlines
• Confident using tools such as HubSpot, Microsoft Teams and CRM platforms (or keen to learn quickly)
• A strong communicator with a collaborative, can-do attitude
• Interested in marketing, new business and how agencies grow
• Comfortable working across teams and supporting senior stakeholders
Why join us?
You’ll gain hands-on experience across new business, marketing, awards, events and culture, working closely with senior team members and getting a real insight into how an agency operates and grows.
This role is equivalent to a Senior Account Executive / Senior Analyst level (04) and the salary band is 31,500 - 33,500. Plus a great, varied range of benefits. See our website www.zenolondon.com/careers for more information!
