Zoho Specialist (Project-Based)

We are looking for a Zoho Specialist who understands the Zoho ecosystem and can help us optimize and improve our business workflows.

The goal of this role is to help structure and improve our Zoho system so our team can efficiently manage CRM, inventory, finance, and operations.
This is a project-based role ideal for someone experienced in configuring and integrating Zoho applications.
Responsibilities
Configure and optimize Zoho applications based on business needs
Set up and manage Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Flow, Zoho Analytics, Zoho WorkDrive, Zoho SalesIQ, and other Zoho tools
Create and improve workflows, automations, and integrations
Organise the Zoho system structure, permissions, and data organisation
Assist with data organization, reporting, and system improvements
Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency using Zoho
Support integration of Zoho with third-party platforms where required
Provide guidance for staff on how to properly use the Zoho system
Project Deliverables
Design and structure the overall Zoho system architecture
Optimise CRM pipelines and customer management structure
Improve inventory workflows and system integrations
Set up automation using Zoho Flow and other Zoho tools
Create useful dashboards and reporting structures
Assist with staff onboarding and training on Zoho systems
Requirements
Proven experience working with the Zoho ecosystem
Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Flow, and related applications
Experience with workflow automation and integrations
Ability to analyze business processes and suggest improvements
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
