The Sales Advisor plays a key role in delivering a refined and memorable customer experience. As a brand ambassador, you will engage clients with confidence and warmth, anticipate their needs, and provide thoughtful product recommendations that drive sales performance while upholding exceptional visual and operational standards within the store.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver a welcoming, personalized, and elevated customer experience
• Build lasting client relationships through effective clienteling and follow-up practices
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of products, collections, and promotions to confidently guide purchasing decisions
• Offer tailored recommendations that align with each customer’s lifestyle, preferences, and needs
• Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets
• Accurately operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and process all transactions with integrity
• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store environment reflects brand excellence
• Uphold store organization, cleanliness, and product presentation at all times
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism, discretion, and a solution-focused approach
• Collaborate seamlessly with team members to support daily operations and peak trading periods

Salary

£13 per hour, freelance contract
