Job Description
Role Responsibilities:
• Lead B2B sales and business development across domestic and international markets
• Drive revenue growth and expand customer base in the battery manufacturing sector
• Manage a team of 5–7 sales professionals and mentor them across geographies
• Build strategic partnerships and execute market penetration plans
Key Deliverables:
• Achieve defined sales targets and profitability goals
• Expand footprint in high-growth and emerging technology segments
• Strengthen presence in EV and renewable energy storage markets
• Relocate to and operate from Chandigarh, with full leadership accountability
