Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Admission Counsellor in the Edutech domain, offering a salary of 2.4 LPA CTC. The Admission Counsellor will handle student inquiries, guide students through program options, and provide support in the enrollment process. Responsibilities include effective communication with prospective students and their families, resolving inquiries, and providing information about courses and admission procedures. The role also involves proactively following up with potential students and collaborating with the team to achieve admission targets.

Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal communication skills to effectively engage with students and parents
• Experience in customer service and the ability to handle inquiries sensitively and professionally
• Proficiency in sales techniques to guide students through the admission process and meet enrollment goals
• Familiarity or experience in the education sector, with knowledge of academic programs and services
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Passion for education and helping students achieve their goals
