About Us

We are a fast-moving Roblox game studio focused on building and scaling games quickly. Our goal is to develop multiple games, identify what works, and expand successful ones. We operate like a production studio, not a hobby project.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Game Producer / Designer who will help manage development and guide games from concept to release. You will work closely with developers and help keep projects organized and moving forward.

Responsibilities
• Design game ideas and gameplay loops
• Write clear, structured design documents (GDDs)
• Assign tasks to developers and interns
• Monitor progress and test builds regularly
• Research trends and competing games
• Suggest improvements for gameplay, retention, and monetization
• Help manage updates and scaling of successful games

Requirements
• Highly motivated and eager to learn
• Strong organizational skills
• Good communication with the team
• Ability to think creatively and solve problems
• Willingness to learn Roblox development (training will be provided)

Salary
• Starting from $500 USD/month
• Compensation may increase depending on experience and capability.
