About The Role

We are seeking a Structural Engineer – Bridges to support the analysis, design, and documentation of bridge and transportation structures. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career engineers looking to gain hands-on experience in bridge engineering under the guidance of senior structural professionals.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in structural analysis and design of bridge components:
• Deck slabs
• PSC / Steel girders
• Piers & pier caps
• Abutments
• Foundations (Open / Pile / Well)
• Support the preparation of design calculations and structural reports
• Coordinate with CAD teams for bridge GA drawings and detailing
• Assist in quantity take-offs and BOQ inputs
• Learn and apply IRC, IS, and MoRTH bridge design standards
• Support review of structural drawings and material specifications
• Assist senior engineers in proof checking and design revisions
• Participate in site visits, inspections, and construction reviews

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
• Master’s in Structural / Bridge Engineering (Added Advantage)
• Experience: 0 to 3 Years
• Basic knowledge of structural mechanics & RCC design
• Working knowledge of STAAD.Pro, MIDAS CIVIL, SAP2000, ETABS
• Understanding of bridge loadings & IRC codes (basic level)
• Strong willingness to learn
• Analytical mindset
• Team coordination ability
• Good communication skills
