Paint Shop Engineer(Manufacturing)

Job Location-Kheda,Gujarat

Key Responsibility Area :1)Well exposed with Surface treatment requirements of Painting, Blasting, Pickling passivation etc.2)Responsible for studying the paint specifications of the projects and indenting 3)Ensure Paints are ordered as per Approved Specs/Makes And received as per the ordered specifications4)Ensure Technical co-ordination with Paint Manufacturers for ensuring the Right Quality , and getting the same done through contractors5)Preparation of painting procedures , approvals and ensuring quality of painting as per the project requirements6)Responsible to improve Paint Quality and minimize paint wastage7)Proper storage of Paints , accessories and Maintenance of Assets as per the Safety standards8)Ensuring the Right Methodology for Surface Treatment as per Safety Standards as well as ISO , OHSAS standards9)Co-ordination with Manufacturing, Planning, QC to execute activities on time.10)Train workmen in-order to ensure all Safety and Quality requirements are Adhered.
