Auckland City Tour Guide – Join Kiwi Connect

Kiwi Connect is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Tour Guide to join our team in Auckland.

We specialize in small-group, eco-friendly tours using 100% electric vehicles, offering authentic and memorable experiences around Auckland and beyond.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who:

Has excellent knowledge of Auckland City and the wider region
Is familiar with Piha and the West Coast area
Is confident driving and comfortable engaging with small groups
Delivers outstanding customer service with energy and professionalism
Is flexible (tourism hours may include weekends)
Requirements

Must be legally eligible to work in New Zealand
A P endorsement is a bonus (or willingness to obtain one)
Full New Zealand driver’s licence
Strong communication skills in English
Passion for sharing local history, culture, and hidden gems
