Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ITI Electrical Technician to join our team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and ensuring the smooth operation of electrical systems and equipment used in our manufacturing processes. This role is critical to maintaining our high standards of production efficiency and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

✔Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment.
✔Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues to minimize downtime.
✔Install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, circuits, and fixtures.
✔Conduct regular inspections to ensure electrical systems operate efficiently and safely.
✔Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve technical issues.
✔Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
✔Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
✔Suggest improvements to enhance electrical system performance and longevity.

Qualifications:

Hard Skills:

✔Proficiency in electrical systems, wiring, and circuitry.
✔Knowledge of electrical tools, equipment, and safety standards.
✔Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and manuals.
✔Basic understanding of mechanical systems (preferred but not mandatory).

Soft Skills:

✔Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
✔Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
✔Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
✔Time management and the ability to work under pressure.

Education/Certifications:

✔ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in Electrical Trade or equivalent.
✔Additional certifications in electrical maintenance or related fields are a plus.

Preferred Experience:

✔1–3 years of experience as an Electrical Technician in a manufacturing environment.
✔Experience in the skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG industry is preferred but not mandatory.
✔Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and safety standards.
