Job Objective:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, quick-learning individual to join our team. Your primary role will be to ensure customer satisfaction by providing top-notch service and high-quality food in a clean environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly, assign seating and handle any special requests.
Operate the POS system to take and manage orders, and relay information to the kitchen effectively.
Serve food and drinks promptly while checking for quality.
Regularly interact with customers, ensuring their satisfaction, addressing concerns, and processing payments.
Maintain cleanliness, including dishwashing and tidying up the work area.
Follow all company policies, adhere to instructions, and complete tasks in a timely manner.
Perform additional duties as necessary, based on capacity and adequate training.
Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow instructions, multitask, and manage time effectively.
Quick learner with keen observation skills to anticipate needs.
