Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Executive to oversee the manufacturing processes at our Bavla facility. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production of skincare, cosmetics, and oral care products while maintaining quality standards, safety protocols, and timelines. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical knowledge of production systems, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

✔Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities to meet ✔manufacturing targets for skincare, cosmetics, and oral care products.
✔Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
✔Collaborate with the QA/QC team to maintain product consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
✔Manage raw material inventory, ensuring timely availability for production schedules.
✔Optimize machinery and equipment usage to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
✔Train and guide production staff to improve performance and ensure safety compliance.
✔Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to prevent delays or defects.
✔Prepare production reports, track KPIs, and provide updates to senior management.
✔Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment in line with industry standards.
✔Support new product development by coordinating with R&D and production teams.

Qualifications and Skills

✔Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.
✔2-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role, preferably in skincare, cosmetics, or oral care industries.
✔Knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory guidelines in cosmetic/oral care manufacturing.
✔Strong leadership and team management skills.
✔Proficiency in production planning and inventory management.
✔Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
✔Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
✔Familiarity with machinery used in skincare, cosmetics, or oral care production is a plus.
✔Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad are preferred.
