About You

To be eligible for the position, you will need to have a completed Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, a current First Aid and CPR Certificate, a current Working with Children Check, and a Child Protection Certificate. The role requires full time availability. These qualifications and availability are essential to ensure a safe and supportive environment for children while meeting the requirements of the role.

Key Responsibilities

Inspire children through play-based learning and engaging experiences.
Plan and implement programs that empower children to lead their learning.
Create a safe, inclusive environment that encourages creativity and resilience.
Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members.
Document and celebrate children’s developmental milestones.
Lead the curriculum and ensure practices align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
