The Role:
As the Preschool Room Leader, you will:

Plan, implement, and evaluate high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for children, families, and staff.
Build strong, collaborative relationships with children, families, and team members.
Lead and mentor a team of educators, supporting their professional growth and performance.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and center policies.
What We’re Looking For:

A Diploma or university trained Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
At least 2 years experience
Proven experience in a leadership role within an early childhood setting.
Strong understanding of the EYLF, National Quality Framework (NQF), and relevant regulations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for inspiring and guiding young minds.
Current and valid Working with Children Check
Current First Aid Certificate/Asthma Anaphylaxis Training
Child Protection Training (willingness to update
Food handlers training
