Dulwich Hill Childcare Centre is a spacious, privately owned centre with a strong reputation in the community. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Diploma Qualified Educator to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. If you are confident in programming, observations and contributing to a high-quality educational program, we would love to hear from you!

About the Role

✅ Permanent full-time or part-time position (Monday – Friday, 4-day option available)
✅ Rotating shifts between 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
✅ Opportunity to step into a senior educator role
✅ Support and mentoring for career progression

What We’re Looking For-

Qualifications:

✔ Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
✔ Current Working with Children Check

Skills & Attributes:

✔ Strong knowledge of the EYLF and programming cycle
✔ Experience with observations and documentation
✔ Leadership capability or willingness to step into a senior role
✔ Passionate, confident, and motivated educator
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
✔ Confident using computers and tablets for documentation
