95+ ATAR Specialist Tutor (Leadership-Focused Role)

AGCoaching is seeking a high-performing 95+ ATAR Specialist Tutor who is committed to excellence - not only academically, but in leadership and mentorship.

We are not simply hiring tutors to deliver content. We are building a team of role models who shape disciplined, confident and resilient students. Academic results matter, but they are a by-product of strong systems, accountability, and character development.

About the Role

You will work with high-potential students (K-12) in:

OC and Selective School Preparation
Advanced Mathematics
Advanced English
Other HSC Subjects (i..e Business Studies, Economics, Legal Studies, Biology, Chemistry)
Structured academic coaching and performance systems
Sessions may include one-on-one and small group classes (maximum 4 students), primarily in-person.

This role involves mentoring students, holding them accountable, and helping them develop disciplined study habits alongside strong conceptual understanding.

Essential Requirements

ATAR of 95+ (required)
Completed high school within the NSW education system
Strong understanding of the NSW Curriculum
Previous tutoring experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professionalism, reliability, and consistency
Humility and willingness to learn structured systems
Valid WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
ABN (or willingness to obtain)

Applicants must have consistent availability across at least THREE of the following:

Weekdays: 4:30pm – 8:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
Consistency is essential, as students are assigned based on long-term fit.

Compensation and Growth

Pay is $34–$40 per hour depending on experience.
