Job Description

About the internship:
As a Healthcare Operation and Management Intern at Aviz Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of healthcare operations and management. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, quality of care, and patient satisfaction.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Home Healthcare Operations:

1. Coordinate daily services such as caretaker, nursing care, elder care, baby & mother care.

2. Assist in scheduling and service assignment.

3. Ensure smooth service delivery and issue resolution.

4. Monitor patient feedback and satisfaction.

B. Healthcare Partner Relationship Management

1. You will help manage relationships with:

a. Hospitals

b. Diagnostic Labs

c. Pharmacy Stores

d. Ambulance Providers

e. Physiotherapy Clinics

2. Tasks include:

a. Regular follow-ups with partners.

b. Ensuring partners understand platform processes.

c. Maintaining strong professional relationships.

d. Supporting onboarding and engagement activities.

C. Service Standards & SOP Development

1. Help create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

2. Document workflows for all services:

3. Home healthcare services

4. Hospital appointment process

5. Lab & pharmacy services

6. Ambulance booking workflow

7. Ensure team and partners follow service standards.

D. Quality Control & Service Monitoring

1. Track service quality across all categories.

2. Create quality checklists and feedback forms.

3. Monitor service issues and escalate when needed.

4. Work on continuous improvement of service delivery.

E. Training & Staff Coordination

1. Assist in training programs for caretakers and nursing staff.

2. Help create training materials and guidelines.

3. Maintain staff records and performance tracking.

F. Documentation & Reporting

1. Maintain operational and partner documentation.

2. Prepare daily/weekly operational reports.

3. Maintain service records, SOP files, and internal documents.

• are available for duration of 5 months
• have relevant skills and interests

Stipend:
INR₹ 5,000 - 10,000 /month
