Customer Experience & Office Coordinator

GreenAmp Solar & Energy Inc.

GreenAmp Solar & Energy Inc. is a fast-growing solar and energy company based in Alberta, focused on helping homeowners and businesses transition to clean energy. Our team installs high-quality solar systems and provides energy solutions including utilities, EV charging, and carbon offset programs.

We are looking for a highly organized, positive, and client-focused Customer Experience & Office Coordinator to join our team. This role is central to our company — you will be the first point of contact for our clients and the voice of GreenAmp throughout the customer journey.

This position requires someone who is friendly, proactive, and extremely organized. Our clients rely on us for guidance during their solar projects, and this role ensures every customer receives clear communication and an excellent experience from start to finish.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Communication & Client Experience

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the solar project process
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding project timelines, next steps, and updates
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure every client feels supported and informed
Build positive relationships with clients and represent the GreenAmp brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
Scheduling & Project Coordination

Schedule solar installation projects and coordinate with the operations and installation teams
Confirm project dates with clients and ensure all required information and paperwork is completed prior to installation
Help keep projects organized and moving efficiently from sale through completion
CRM & Pipeline Management

Maintain and update HubSpot CRM with accurate client information and project updates
Keep the sales and project pipelines organized and up to date
Track project progress and assist the team with client follow-ups and reminders
Ensure proper documentation is maintained for all client files
Office Administration & Operations Support

Manage general office administration and daily operations tasks
Assist the design, sales, and operations teams throughout the project process
Prepare and manage project paperwork and documentation
Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating internal communication, and organizing files
Marketing & Company Coordination

Assist with social media posting and basic marketing updates
Order company swag, apparel, and promotional materials
Coordinate and assist with trade show bookings and event logistics
Support marketing initiatives and help maintain brand consistency
Utilities & Energy Programs

Assist clients with utilities sign-ups and solar club enrollment
Support registration for carbon programs and other energy-related services offered by GreenAmp
Requirements

Experience working with HubSpot CRM (required)
Previous experience in office administration, customer service, or office coordination
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable speaking with customers and managing phone communication
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Positive, friendly, and professional personality
Ability to work independently while supporting a fast-paced team environment

Position Details

Full-time position
40 hours per week
Office-based role (in-office position)

Starting wage: based on experience, with opportunities for growth and advancement as the company continues to expand.
