Full job description
Centra Lawyers LLP is a busy medium-sized firm located in Maple Ridge. We are currently looking for a Junior Legal Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be able to fulfill the following duties and will meet the following qualifications:

Duties:

- Back up reception coverage;

- Appointment bookings;

- File openings;

- Filing and Scanning documents;

- Email and calendar management;

- Billing and Invoicing;

- Accounts receivables;

- Communicate with clients in a courteous and professional manner;

- Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1+ years of Legal Assistant experience;

- Legal Assistant Diploma preferred;

- Excellent spoken English, grammar and editing skills;

- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in MS Office and Adobe;

- Experience with Leap preferred;

- Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and work under pressure; and

- Ability to work both independently, and in a team environment with a can-do attitude
